Buildora Labs LLC ("Buildora", "we", "our", or "us") is a remote-based software development and consulting agency incorporated in the United States. We work with clients around the world, helping small and medium-sized businesses streamline operations through low-code/no-code tools, automation systems, and custom digital solutions.

Buildora Labs also provides Xenda, a software-as-a-service platform that lets businesses automate and manage customer communications over the WhatsApp Business Platform. Access to Xenda and related paid services is governed by these Terms together with any separate order form, subscription, or service agreement between you and Buildora Labs LLC. If there is a conflict, the separate agreement controls.

2. Use of the Site

• complying with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, and Meta's Platform Terms;
• not sending spam, unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful messages;
• the content of the messages you send and the accuracy of your business information.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these obligations or any applicable platform policy.

• Our services are provided through separate agreements tailored to each client engagement.
• As a fully remote agency, we may deliver services across different time zones and jurisdictions.
