At Buildora Labs LLC, we take privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data when you interact with our website, services, applications, and integrations, including our Xenda product and services that use Meta platforms (e.g., the WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook Login, and the Instagram Graph API).

b. Automatically Collected Data

c. Third-Party Data (Meta & Other Platforms)

When you use a service that integrates with Meta (e.g., Facebook Login, Instagram API), we may collect:

  • Instagram Business Account metrics
  • Page insights and post-level data

We collect this data strictly to provide the functionality you request and never to resell or misuse your information.

d. WhatsApp Business Platform Data

Xenda is a product of Buildora Labs LLC. When a business uses Xenda with the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), we process the following on that business's behalf:

  • The business's WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID and phone number
  • Messages exchanged between the business and its end customers over WhatsApp, including text, media, and message metadata (timestamps, delivery status)
  • The end customer's WhatsApp phone number and profile name
  • Conversation summaries, lead status, and notes created by the business's team

We handle this data in two categories:

  • Business customers: businesses that sign up for Xenda. Buildora Labs LLC is the data controller for their account data.
  • End users: consumers who message a business over WhatsApp. For these WhatsApp conversations, Buildora Labs LLC acts as a data processor on behalf of the business (the controller). We process this data only to deliver the messaging, automation, and management features the business has enabled, and never to resell it or for our own independent purposes.

We process this data in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms, the WhatsApp Business Terms, and Meta's Data Protection Terms.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Deliver, operate, and improve our services
  • Personalize content and features
  • Respond to inquiries and support requests
  • Conduct analytics and research
  • Comply with legal or contractual obligations
  • Prevent fraud, security threats, or misuse

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We never sell your personal information. We may share data in these limited cases:

  • Vendors and subcontractors who help us operate (under NDA or DPA agreements)
  • Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or legal process

8. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time, regardless of your location. To do so, email info@buildoralabs.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the phone number or account associated with your data. We will delete the requested data from our active systems within 30 days and confirm once completed, except where we are required to retain certain records to comply with legal obligations.

If you are an end customer who messaged a business using Xenda, you may also ask that business directly to delete your conversation data, and we will assist them in doing so as their service provider.

9. Meta-Specific Disclosures

If you interact with us via Meta's apps or APIs:

  • We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Data Protection Addendum.
  • You can manage your permissions via your Meta account settings.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
