We've done this on live products with real customers on them. Old and new run side by side until the numbers match before anything is switched off, and the code ends up in your name.

How we move a live system
  1. 01
    Shadow run

The new system calculates everything next to the old one and writes nothing. Your team keeps working as usual.

  2. 02
    Daily comparison

Every day we compare a few real records between both. Each difference gets fixed before anyone depends on it.

  3. 03
    Numbers match

When both give the same result, the new system starts writing for real, a few records first.

  4. 04
    Switch over

The old system goes read-only. Nobody had to stop working to get here.

Group bookings

Every group at the right cinema

A company that organises cinema outings for after-school care groups across Australia. We rebuilt its bookings platform from a no-code front end to code. After the first full holiday season on it, the operations lead wrote that it was one of the first holidays where no group turned up at the wrong cinema.

A bookings platform rebuilt from scratch, and a holiday season with no group at the wrong cinema.

We rewrote a group-outings platform from a no-code front end to code. The rule before launch was that nothing should feel different to the people using it. After the first full season, the person who runs operations wrote to say it was one of the first holidays where no group had turned up at the wrong cinema.

I built this with no-code or an AI tool. Do I have to throw it away?

Usually not. It already tells us what your business needs, which is the hard part. We keep what works, move what's holding you back, and run both side by side until the switch is boring.

You use AI to write code. Who checks it?

A different model reviews what the first one wrote, and a developer reviews both before anything ships.

Who owns the code?

You do. Repositories, hosting and third-party accounts are in your name from the start or move there before we finish.

How do you charge?

Never by the hour. A fixed price for each result we agree on, and after launch a monthly plan with a set number of updates. If there's existing code we haven't seen, a short fixed-price review comes first so the quote means something.

Fifteen minutes on a call. If it's not a fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better if we can.
