Someone senior on your side for the decisions that are expensive to get wrong: what to build next, and whether what your developers or AI tools produced will hold up. A fixed monthly plan, never billed by the hour.

  • We sit in your roadmap and scope the next piece of work
  • We review code and architecture, whoever or whatever wrote it
  • We tell you when something isn't worth building yet
  • When your team can handle it alone, we set them up to

Building software is turning into a commodity. A lot of people can do it as well as we can, or better. What's worth paying for is knowing which piece actually moves your business, and that's where we spend most of the time.

Warehouse system

The warehouse system behind an online retailer

Tasks, replenishment, cycle counts and receiving for an e-commerce warehouse, synced with Shopify. The inventory engine was replaced while orders kept shipping, and the task board handles more than a million records without lag.

A client who now changes their own app with AI, without waiting on us.

We set them up with instructions their AI assistant follows, a branch of their own and rules that stop anything from going straight to production. When they need help they open an issue, and we pick it up from there.

Your app, your changes
production · Protected your-branch
  1. 01 You ask your AI assistant for a change
  2. 02 It lands on your own branch
  3. 03 A direct push to production is blocked
  4. 04 You open an issue instead
  5. 05 We review it and merge

I built this with no-code or an AI tool. Do I have to throw it away?

Usually not. It already tells us what your business needs, which is the hard part. We keep what works, move what's holding you back, and run both side by side until the switch is boring.

You use AI to write code. Who checks it?

A different model reviews what the first one wrote, and a developer reviews both before anything ships.

Who owns the code?

You do. Repositories, hosting and third-party accounts are in your name from the start or move there before we finish.

How do you charge?

Never by the hour. A fixed price for each result we agree on, and after launch a monthly plan with a set number of updates. If there's existing code we haven't seen, a short fixed-price review comes first so the quote means something.

Fifteen minutes on a call. If it's not a fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better if we can.
